Final drinking party in 2010 at Maebaru

This is the final drinking party in 2010! We had a guest speaker from Chiba Univ. (Prof. Hisao Ishii's Group) and enjoyed his talk on the analysis of displacement current in organic devices. Although I had a lot of questions, I felt that the method provides unique insight on the charge accumulation in organic thin films. Hopefully we'd like start real collaboration with Ishii-sensei's laboratory.

OPERA year end party at il Cortile

We had an OPERA year end party at il Cortile which is a very sophisticated restaurant selected by Ms. Kamoto-san. Good job! 57 members were attended in this party and we enjoyed foods and drinks. We celebrated three best students and they got a present! I hope that oversea students will get this prize in the next time.

We have started heterogeneous collaboration between Tohoku (Prof. Seiji Samukawa) and Kyushu Universities through BEANS project.

Concert by Ms Ohara-A secretary of OPERA-

Ms Ohara-san, our secretary, has another face as a singer. She was fascinating voice and we spent an imaginary time at Early Beverley's in Oyafukou-dori. Thanks for your nice voice!

Opera Christmas Lecture

We held a special OPERA Christmas Science lecture at Saitopia in front of Kyudai-Gakkentoshi station. Almost 150 peoples joined this program and enjoyed the cutting edge technologies of organic electronics. We plan to have this lecture annually!
